Our goal in chat is to create a place of positive correspondence and discussion between players.
No Posting Personal Information: Never give out or ask for personal contact information or any information that would help someone locate you.
No Spamming. Anything more than 5 lines in a row is considered spam.
No Flooding (Repetitive sentences, emoticon misuse, stretching the chat screen, etc)
Keep swearing to a minimum, and when it must be used, use it in a non-offensive manner. Do not insult other players. Reapeat swearing is not allowed.
No Begging or asking for Staff positions. Do not ask for currency from other players and/or Staff.
Do not post Links in the Chatroom. Long links can mess up the chatroom's spacing, also links could
contain offensive material.
Do not advertise other online games. You can talk about PC / Console games, but do not recruit for other online games.
Repeated complaints about the game. If you have a problem, post it in the forum for discussion - not chat.
Do not advertise game commodities or towns TOO much. This includes repeatedly asking people to buy from you in the market or join your town. (Once for each item you are selling is fine.)
Repeated use of caps and 1337-speak will result in a Chat Room Ban.
Do not use a series of small posts with only 3 to 4 words in it. If you have something to say, say it in a longer sentence so you don't get banned
for 6 lines of:
dubya: hy how r u
dubya: *hey how r u
dubya: what ^?
dubya: i'm iz board
dubya: any1?
dubya: is any1 here?
Please use English Only while in the chatroom. (Not everyone understands various languages and staff cannot tell whether someone is being offensive or not)
Please respect other people's beliefs and religons.
Respect all Staff personnel and they will respect you.
People breaking rules will be banned, fined, jailed or deleted from the game depending on seriousness and frequency of the offense.
