Q: What do curses do and where can
I find them? A: You can find Curses at the Voodoo Shop, where they can be researched.
Using Curses, you can temporarily reduce someone's stats, luck, or gains for
1 to 5 days.
Q: Where can I research curses? A: In the Research Curse part of the Voodoo Shop you can research
the
curses by clicking on Research.
Q: Why can I only research certain curses? A: Most Curses have level requirements on them, and to research them,
you must be that level or higher. In addition to that, in order to research a
high level curse, you must first research all curses in the levels below it.
Q: What are the effects of the curses? A: Different curses do different jobs:
HP: Drains anywhere from 1 to 5% of a player's HP, depending on level of the
curse. Agility: Drains anywhere from 1 to 5% of a player's Agility, depending on level
of the curse. Gym: Randomly takes away the gain from a prayer and makes it 0. Higher level
curse, more likely to take away a gain. Bad Luck: Randomly affects battling, or mining with Bad Luck, making an enemy
miss, or making their gains nothing for a dig.
Q: How long do curses take to research? A: Curses take a different times to research, with a reset counting
as a day. Curses with larger effects take longer to research and also cost more
Diamonds to research.
Q: After researching curses how do I activate them? A: In your Headquarters, click on Available curses, select the curse
you would like to use, then in the field, put in their ID or name, and then select
how many days you would like to curse them for. Each day you add to the curse,
the higher the multiplier of the original cost. For example, Trap Soul curse
costs 2 diamonds to curse someone with. If you were to curse them for 5 days,
it would cost 10 Diamonds (2 Diamonds x 5 days = 10 Diamond new cost)
NOTE: Please note that players can not have anymore than 5 curses on them at
any given time.
Q: How can I find out which curses are
currently on me?
A: You can find out which curses are currently on you by looking in Current Curses
in
your
Headquarter.
Q: How can I find out who put the curse on me?
A: By clicking Current Curses, then by clicking on Crystal Ball, next to this
curse. The more days left in the curse, the more it costs in Diamonds to
use the Crystal Ball.
Q: How can I recover from a Curse?
A: You can either wait it out, or, you can click on Current Curses, then click
on Antidote. The higher the amount of days left in the curse, the higher
the cost in Diamonds to cure them.
Q: What are Special Curses?
A: Special Curses are Carapaces, and Mana Reloads. Carapaces last for 3 days,
and add an extra 25% protection to all of your equipped armour. They are
found from either battling monsters, or digging in the mines. Mana Reloads
can be found in sets of 50%, 75%, and 100%, 50 from battling monsters, 75
from mining, and 100 from voting at Top Web Games. All Special Curses are
found randomly, and do not appear at any set given point in the game. Admins
may also reward you with Special Curses for good deeds, such as reporting
bugs, or assisting them, or sometimes for special occasions like holidays.
